We just wrapped up the 2021 wedding season and we finished the season with new team members, lack of sleep, hectic planning weeks, but beautiful memories! This year we learned that a post- but still going on - pandemic held the expectations for weddings through the roof! With expectations high from couples, and ourselves, we executed 32 amazing weddings this year with the help of so many great vendors and our crazy- fun team.
This year, we learned that there is a way to execute any event in the midst of an ongoing pandemic and that we have a solution for pretty much anything! One of the best parts of being a wedding planner is that we get to meet so many wonderful people and we get to be part of one of the best days of someones life.
Something that is always fun to see every year is the most popular aesthetics and color schemes. The most popular color scheme was yet again, navy and maroon! I don't think this color scheme is going away any time soon but it is nonetheless stunning! We saw everything from purple to greens and blues in terms of colors but every aesthetic fit each couple perfectly.
It is hard to believe that we are done with 32 weddings in just 6 months- and what a whirlwind it has been. With an addition of 3 team members, the craziness of life, and the planning process we are excited to end this wedding season but as a typical planner does- we have booked many dates for next season and we are 'almost' ready to get back into a new wedding season!
